Role Description
The UX/UI Designer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Boca Raton, FL. This role is responsible for designing intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences that support [REDACTED]'s clients across web and mobile platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating web banners, web pages, campaigns, collaborating with product, marketing, and development teams, and ensuring brand consistency across user interfaces. The UX/UI Designer will conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into user-centered design solutions that improve usability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong User Experience (UX) skills, including user research, journey mapping, and usability-focused design.
- Candidates should possess User Interface Design and Visual Design skills to create clean, accessible, and brand-consistent layouts.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Front-End Development principles to collaborate effectively with engineering teams (HTML, CSS, responsive design familiarity preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with Figma and knowledge of design systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Experience designing for consumer-facing brands or healthcare/wellness services is a plus.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
