📋 Description

• Join project teams alongside Strategic and Senior UX Designers who own strategy and scope, and Top UI Designers who own visual direction and craft
• Start work when the concept is approved and scope is locked
• Turn module briefs into interactive prototypes with real interactions, copy, and edge cases
• Use AI tools to generate working prototypes quickly
• Share prototypes asynchronously, collect feedback, and iterate rapidly
• Hand solid prototypes to UI Designers for final [REDACTED] polish, design-system compliance, pixel perfection, states, and documentation
• Build rough interactive prototypes live during concept workshops
• Help establish standards for AI-first design across the team
• Help define and evangelize a new AI-First Designer role and way of working
• Participate in video application, live build, product-thinking, and culture/team-fit interview stages

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in AI design tools, regularly using at least 2 to 3 of [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], or [REDACTED]
• Understanding of HTML structure, CSS layout, component behavior, and implementation complexity
• Design sensibility, including awareness of visual issues, spacing, and user-flow problems
• Product thinking covering user stories, flows, edge cases, empty states, and error handling
• Ability to create a clickable, multi-screen prototype from a text or voice brief in under 2 hours
• Ability to work with AI-first, generation-first design workflows
• English proficiency sufficient to record the application video in English and work with the team
• Portfolio or demonstrated work showing prototypes, apps, experiments, side projects, or other work built with AI tools
• Independent contractor suitable for B2B cooperation
• Traditional design degree, extensive [REDACTED] experience, polished static-screen portfolio, and name-brand company experience are not required
