[REDACTED] is seeking a highly skilled, data-driven, and user-obsessed UX/UI Conversion Specialist to join our Marketing team. This individual will own the design, development, and continuous optimization of [REDACTED]' landing pages, forms, and conversion pathways — with a relentless focus on turning traffic into qualified leads and improving the end-to-end digital experience for prospective customers.
The ideal candidate is equal parts designer and analyst — someone who understands the nuances of human behavior and decision-making online, and who leverages that understanding alongside performance data to build digital experiences that convert. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role for someone who takes pride in the details and is energized by measurable impact.
