We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented UX/UI Designer who can transform ideas into exceptional digital experiences while also supporting branding, marketing, and print design requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and visually engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
Create user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Design high-fidelity UI screens that are clean, modern, and user-centric.
Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
Collaborate with founders, product managers, developers, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Create marketing creatives, presentations, brochures, packaging, social media assets, and brand collateral.
Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with production vendors when required.
Ensure consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.
Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
25 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Graphic Design.
Strong portfolio showcasing both digital product design and visual communication.
Expert knowledge of Figma is mandatory.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW is mandatory.
Strong understanding of typography, spacing, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
Ability to prepare print-ready files with proper specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with startups or product companies.
Understanding of HTML and CSS.
Experience with motion graphics or animation tools such as After Effects, Lottie, or Rive.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
Experience designing SaaS, healthcare, e-commerce, or consumer applications.
Software Proficiency
Candidates should have strong working knowledge of:
- Figma
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- CorelDRAW
Knowledge of FigJam, Adobe XD, After Effects, or other design tools will be an added advantage.
