UX/UI Analyst

The UX/UI Analyst shall possess five (5) or more years of experience in the design, development, and integration of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) solutions for software applications, leveraging major design frameworks and tools:

Technical Execution:

Demonstrated ability to contribute to UX/UI efforts throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, requirements analysis, design, prototyping, usability testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements Analysis and Design:

Skilled in gathering and analyzing user requirements, translating business needs into intuitive design solutions, and applying appropriate design methodologies, frameworks, and tools.

Design Frameworks and Tools:

Proficient in using major UX/UI design frameworks and tools such as [REDACTED] Creative Suite, [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and other industry-standard platforms.

COTS and SaaS Utilization:

Experience working with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, including MS365 and [REDACTED], with an emphasis on optimizing user experience within these platforms.

Cloud Services:

Familiarity with Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environments, ensuring UX/UI solutions are compatible and optimized for cloud-based applications.

Collaboration with Development Teams:

Ability to work collaboratively with software architects, developers, and database administrators to support integration of UX/UI components with backend systems such as MS SQL and [REDACTED].

CI/CD and Design Integration:

Experience supporting the integration of UX/UI design workflows into Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including automated build, testing, and deployment processes.

Automation and Monitoring Tools:

Proficiency in using automated tools for design validation, usability testing, deployment, and production monitoring to help ensure high-quality user experiences.

API and Integration Support:

At least one (1) year of experience in REST and SOAP API design and development, with knowledge of Web API design, best practices, protocols, data formats (XML, JSON), and standards (RAML, OpenAPI).

Integration Platforms:

Experience working with integration platforms such as [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and [REDACTED] SOA to support user experiences across integrated systems.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
