• Map and analyze processes related to product quality and user experience
• Identify opportunities to improve the platform’s user journeys and processes
• Align needs and expectations with managers, business areas, and product teams
• Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities
• Analyze research findings and turn them into insights to drive product evolution
• Develop and refine user journeys and navigation flows
• Work with information architecture
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces using [REDACTED]
