About this role

UX Strategist, Mid

The Opportunity:

Are you looking to transform the way a user interacts with applications? You know that a good system is more than just the code, infrastructure, and a nice-looking interface—it’s the way it addresses a user’s needs. As a UX Strategist, you put yourself in the user’s place to understand the best ways they can engage with the system. We’re looking for someone creative like you to help develop the ultimate user experience.

In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers to understand your clients’ vision and their users’ needs. Working on an Agile team, you’ll act as a storyteller, translating research into actionable user insights. You’ll be involved with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, interface design, usability testing, and product implementation. Your experience will help you advocate for the prioritizations of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements while keeping the end-user at the center of your work.

Are you ready to help our clients meet their mission by changing the face of healthcare?

Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting UX/UI design efforts for enterprise or government programs within low‑code/no‑code (LCNC) platforms
  • 5+ years of experience creating and maintaining design systems or component libraries to ensure consistency across multiple applications
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating closely with business analysts and developers to translate requirements into usable, scalable design components
  • 5+ years of experience conducting client-facing design sessions, requirement reviews, and usability discussions
  • Knowledge of Figma, including component creation, auto‑layout, prototyping, and managing design systems
  • Knowledge of Visio for workflow diagrams, process maps, and system visualization
  • Ability to design reusable, standardized components and ensure alignment across multiple teams and platforms
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience ensuring Section 508 compliance across all design deliverables
  • Experience working with government agencies or federal digital services teams
  • Experience with LCNC platforms such as ServiceNow, PowerApps, or Appian and how UX patterns adapt within constrained environments
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines, including WCAG and 508, and how they apply to UX design
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Ability to gather requirements, translate them into intuitive designs, and iterate quickly based on feedback
  • Ability to maintain an organized, governed component library for long-term program use
  • Ability to ensure all designs meet accessibility and compliance standards
  • Ability to support client engagement, lead discussions, and represent the UX perspective confidently
