As a UX Researcher, your purpose will be to help [REDACTED] build a deep understanding of our customers and deliver a market-leading product experience.

You'll lead the planning and execution of research initiatives using interviews, observations, surveys, usability studies, and other methods to generate actionable insights. You will synthesize data from across the business, align stakeholders on customer understanding, and drive decisions that directly impact product strategy.

You'll work closely with designers, product managers, analysts, and engineers to ensure research supports business goals. You will communicate findings clearly, champion the customer perspective in internal discussions, and mentor non-researchers in engaging with customers. You will also contribute to maintaining an outstanding research practice and positive team culture.

US Salary range: $140000 - $165000 USD per year.
