UX Researcher Mumbai (India)

Role & responsibilities

• 4 years of proven industrial working experience as a UX researcher in a fast-paced setting, or similar.
• 4 years of experience applying qualitative and quantitative research methods, including semi-structured interviews, literature reviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry, qual and quant data analysis, and survey research.
• 4 years of experience conducting generative research.
• Large scale data collection (both qualitative and quantitative data collection)
• Large scale data analysis (SPSS, R, Content Analysis)

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing projects, and working in a large, matrixed organization.
• Robust understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process.
• Experience in a variety of product spaces, applied research or academic settings.
• Proficiency in communicating user research findings with cross-functional partners to drive impact.
• Conduct independent research on multiple aspects of products and experiences.
• Collect and analyze user behavior through lab studies, field visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs and online experiments (A/B testing).
• Work with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and other UXRs to prioritize research opportunities in a quick-paced, rapidly changing environment.
