We are looking for a detail-oriented and user-centric UX Researcher with strong experience in eCommerce and Retail Operations and working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing user behavior, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to improve digital commerce experiences and retail operational workflows. This role will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Designers, and Engineering teams to enhance customer journeys and backend operational systems.
