📋 Description

• Run growth research studies supporting the growth team's experiment pipeline and tactical questions
• Own the full study lifecycle, including scoping, recruiting, conducting, analyzing, and communicating results
• Design evaluation and diagnostic studies for adoption experiences
• Conduct moderated and unmoderated usability tests, interviews, mixed-methods research, longitudinal studies, surveys, and feedback forms
• Analyze behavioral data from logs to inform research, validate hypotheses, and triangulate with experimental and unmoderated test data
• Review community forums and feedback forms to identify research opportunities
• Identify user needs during trial, proof-of-concept, and adoption phases
• Model and map adoption behaviors and define personas
• Develop toward independently surfacing research opportunities and managing a growth research program
• Partner with the Growth PM and Growth Designers to translate hypotheses into study designs and actionable findings
• Help test and validate designs, identify adoption friction, and suggest experiment and design ideas
• Work alongside the growth team's experiment and A/B testing cadence
• Develop expertise in how users find, try, and adopt [REDACTED]
• Extend into pricing, packaging, billing, and SKU research
• Collaborate with other researchers on related research questions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX research or a related applied research field
• Strong quantitative research skills, including survey design, experimental methods, and statistical analysis
• Solid usability testing skills across moderated and unmoderated methods
• Expertise using one or more usability testing platforms
• Fluency with quantitative data analysis, experimental design, survey methodology, and inferential statistics
• Experience independently managing study logistics, including recruiting, scheduling, and compensation
• Clear, effective communication tailored to product and engineering audiences
• Experience working in a SaaS or B2B product environment
