📋 Description

• Support [REDACTED] in delivering a world-class customer experience across its enterprise AI platform
• Plan and run qualitative and quantitative interviews, usability sessions, and surveys
• Synthesize research into actionable findings
• Translate insights into low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes in [REDACTED]
• Partner with the design team to shape and validate solutions
• Build personas, journey maps, and service blueprints
• Apply Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards
• Feed research into onboarding, training, and product decisions to drive adoption and engagement
• Present evidence and prototypes to engineers, designers, and [REDACTED] stakeholders
• Collaborate in a badgeless, one-team environment

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in UX/HCD research with hands-on design exposure or a closely related field
• Strong research toolkit: user research, usability testing, synthesis, and ability to tell the story behind the data
• Working design skills, including creating wireframes and prototypes in [REDACTED]
• Familiarity with the USWDS and federal CX mandates
• Fluency in modern research and design tools, including [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], or similar
• Genuine accessibility awareness and knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG
• Experience researching data-heavy or AI-driven products such as dashboards, search, chat, or knowledge tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
• Acceptable results of a background investigation
• Strong visual/interaction design chops and ability to create polished, USWDS-aligned prototypes (would blow us away)
