UX Researcher

Role Overview:

The UX/UI Team at [REDACTED] Chennai is part of a global team dedicated to designing user experiences for internal enterprise systems. As a Quantitative UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in conducting research and analyzing data to enhance product usability, user satisfaction, and overall experience. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights that drive improvements in the internal software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage UX analytics tools to gather behavioral data and identify friction points in user flows.
• Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics to uncover patterns and recommend improvements.
• Translate research findings and analytics insights into clear, actionable recommendations and present them to stakeholders.
• Co-create holistic UX research processes, frameworks, and a UX research repository for internal products research in collaboration with other locations.
• Conduct research with both end-users (employees) and internal stakeholders (engineers, developers) involved in solution development.
• Advocate for the value of UX research and analytics across teams to embed a culture of continuous learning and data-informed design.
• Collaborate with UX Analyst on quantitative research projects.

Qualifications Required:

• 5+ years of experience as a Quantitative UX Researcher or in a similar role with demonstrated experience in Quantitative UX Research.
• Comprehensive understanding of user-centered design practices and principles.
• Proficiency in quantitative research methods and statistical analysis.
• Experience with UX metrics (e.g., SUS, NPS, CSAT, DEX).
