- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones similares.
- Conocimiento profundo de las distintas metodologías para obtener datos cualitativos y cuantitativos.
- Conocimiento del campo de diseño, interacción humano computadora y usabilidad.
- Experiencia creando reportes accionables cuyas conclusiones traduzcan claramente los hallazgos de la investigación.
- Amplio conocimiento estadístico aplicado a UX.
- Experiencia con equipos de trabajo ágiles y software de testeo (pruebas de usabilidad).
