Launch Your UX Research Career!

Join our Design Research team and gain hands-on experience in identifying user needs, challenges, and opportunities. You'll learn the fundamentals of various research methods, how to transform learnings into actionable insights, and how to inform user-centered designs. Participate in conducting end-to-end research, synthesizing findings, contributing to data-driven decision-making, and exploring innovative research techniques. This co-op is your opportunity to establish a solid foundation in understanding people and crafting exceptional user experiences.

Some things the Design Research team works on:

  • Leveraging diverse research methods to discover stakeholder needs, challenges, and opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine research priorities and inform product roadmaps
  • Supporting a democratized research practice from concept through execution, ensuring rigor and validity
  • Transforming qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights that drive user-centered designs
