📋 Description
- Support ongoing user research initiatives focused primarily on Text-to-Speech (TTS) quality and potentially Translation quality
- Build, configure, and manage questionnaire-based research studies using [REDACTED] or similar tools
- Implement complex survey logic and workflows based on predefined study designs
- Launch and monitor studies to ensure smooth execution and data quality
- Collect, organize, clean, and validate survey responses
- Analyze study results to identify trends, patterns, outliers, and key data drivers
- Produce structured summaries, visualizations, and reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders on the US East Coast regarding study execution and reporting
- Maintain documentation and ensure research processes are organized and repeatable
🎯 Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience supporting or running questionnaire-based research studies
- Demonstrated experience collecting and validating survey responses and producing insight-driven summaries and reports
- Strong working knowledge of [REDACTED], including survey logic and workflow configuration
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to clearly communicate findings
- Ability to follow structured research plans and execute independently
- Strong preference for experience in Text-to-Speech (TTS), voice testing, translation quality, or related domains
- Experience in software, technology, or digital product environments
- Understanding of statistics for survey analysis
- Familiarity with user interfaces and UX concepts
- Experience working with distributed or international teams
