📋 Description

• Design B2B workflows and interfaces for product data, pricing, availability, order and returns processing, and account management
• Develop clear dashboards, reports, and data-heavy views
• Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data, and Business teams within Commerce squads
• Drive topics from problem discovery to production-ready solutions
• Conduct user research, interviews, focus groups, and usability tests with retailers, partners, and internal users
• Translate research findings into concrete product improvements
• Develop solutions based on hypotheses and data, and measure success by adoption, efficiency, and user feedback
• Evolve the "Pulse" design system using Figma and Storybook
• Ensure a consistent user experience across the platform
• Experiment with new design and prototyping approaches, including AI-assisted tools
• Actively contribute to the UX & Product Design practice

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in UX or Product Design, ideally for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise applications
• Experience designing complex workflows, data views, tables, and dashboards
• Strong proficiency with Figma
• Experience with design systems and component libraries, ideally Storybook
• Experience with user research, testing, and data-driven product development
• Confident stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering teams
• Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Nice to have: Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or retail environments
• Nice to have: Knowledge of AI-assisted prototyping or design-to-code
• Nice to have: Technical understanding of components, design tokens, and modern frontend architectures
• Nice to have: Experience with accessibility / WCAG or low-code prototyping
