UX Manager
About this role
Our client is looking for a creative, energetic and highly motivated UI/UX Designer to join their team. As a designer, you will tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy to use designs for their clients.

IT Services company based out of Pune providing services related to UI/UX Designing & Development, Market Research, Product support & more to the Healthcare Industry.
Responsibilities
- Design consumer facing products, across web, mobile and tablet platforms
- Help define the design and user interface for new and existing products and features
- Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Gauge the usability of new and existing products, and making constructive suggestions for change
- Communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively
- Manage and mentor a team of designers
Requirements
- Experience- 8 to 10 years in UI/ UX Designing
- Demonstrated experience in designing usable interfaces for popular web-based products.
- Good CSS and HTML skills; solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong, clean visual design sense.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor / Master of Design from a reputed institute
- Working Hours- 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM .
