📋 Description

• Make powerful technology feel beautifully simple
• Shape the experience of products used by developers around the world
• Work side by side with product managers and engineers to solve tough problems
• Build the systems and design patterns that help great UX scale
• Prototype, experiment, and explore with AI and modern design tools
• Lead and set standards for user research and define the personas that guide every design decision

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX, product design, or a similar role
• Experience designing cloud infrastructure, and/or products for developers
• Confidence designing for technical users, especially developers
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research
• A talent for turning technical complexity into intuitive experiences
• Systems thinking: you know when to solve a problem once, and when to create a pattern that solves it for everyone
• The ability to zoom out to strategy and dive into the details when it matters
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with engineers to balance user needs with technical realities
• Clear communication and the confidence to explain your thinking to anyone, from engineers to leadership
• Curiosity about AI and modern tools, and a desire to keep improving how products are designed and built
• An obsession with the little details that make powerful products feel fast, simple, and effortless.
