About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented User Experience Designer to join our on-site team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in design thinking, user research, visual design, UX design, and prototyping, with a passion for creating seamless and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex design challenges.
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes to visualize user experiences.
- Design engaging UI/UX solutions that align with brand guidelines and product requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients, managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Translate research findings into actionable design improvements.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for multiple devices and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
Must-Have Skills
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of UX design principles and user-centered design.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and design tools (Figma etc.)
- Good understanding of visual design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies and design projects.
