About this role

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a technical, UX, or design setting, or a related experience.
  • 6 years of experience in front end development or UX engineering.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in a technical, UX, design environment, or similar.
  • 7 years of technical leadership experience.
  • Experience with vibe coding tools, including AI Studio, Cursor, Antigravity, Firebase Studio.
  • Familiarity working across full tech stacks and production environments.

You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, using user insights to create industry-leading products. Working on the front end in a challenging, fast-paced environment, you will bridge UX best practices and production execution. You’ll use your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of user-facing technologies to enable efficient, high-quality execution and launch innovative features to a global audience.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $188000 - $274000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative, engaging prototypes using the latest in front-end technologies.
  • Architect prompt engineering pipelines and middleware layers to ensure LLMs consistently create output that perfectly maps to UI components.
  • Mentor mid-to-executive engineers and designers, establishing web engineering excellence standards, contributing to core libraries and defining the organizational playbook for AI product development.
  • Partner with executive members of the team, define and promote standards, and integrate changes into design system and workflow guidelines.
  • Apply an inventive mindset to technical issues, finding ways to bridge gaps between design goal and model capabilities when standard solutions don't yet exist.

Salary Range

188,000 - 274,000 USD annually
