WHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAY As a UX Designer on our team, your day will often begin with a stand-up meeting where you'll sync with Product Owners, Product Management, Developers, and QA to align on priorities and progress.

You'll then dive into Figma to iterate on wireframes, prototypes, or high-fidelity designs—often based on user stories or feedback from stakeholders. You'll work closely with Product Owners to break down epics into actionable design tasks and phases to help shape the product backlog with clear, user-focused requirements.

You'll spend time reviewing and refining user journeys, ensuring that each interaction is intuitive and aligned with user needs. You may run quick usability tests or review analytics to validate design decisions. Collaboration is key, so expect to join design reviews, backlog grooming sessions, and sprint planning meetings to ensure your work is well-integrated into the development cycle.

You'll also liaise with developers to ensure your designs are feasible and implemented accurately. This might involve reviewing front-end builds, providing design specs, or updating components in the design system. You'll be a key voice in maintaining consistency and quality across the product.
