We are now seeking a senior designer to join our design team. That's where you come in!

Joining our design team will have you collaborating with other designers, engineers, product owners and project managers to build exceptional experiences that meet our customers' needs. You will understand the importance of a user-centred design approach and will help evolve a strong user-centred culture within the company.

You will

• Conduct user research, develop personas, user stories, capture workflows and determine information architecture
• Prepare, lead and participate in collaborative design workshops, translate findings into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes
• Balance user needs with our client's business goals, market viability and technical feasibility
• Plan and run user testing sessions to validate designs
• Create UX and UI design artefacts at appropriate levels of fidelity
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes front-end engineers, product owners, project managers and executives
