📋 Description
- lead a team of Product designers in modernizing the pharmacy dispensing system of RxConnect into the new RxiO
- collaborate with multiple departments to define and execute UX design strategies
- coordinate user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- provide direction, coaching, and development support to a team of UX designers
- create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Design experience
- 3+ years of experience leading a Product Design Team
