📋 Description

• Design application interfaces focused on workflow, integration, user interaction, and data visualizations
• Identify ways to improve processes and systems
• Collaborate with developers to translate designs into elegant user experiences
• Establish and maintain relationships across departments and business areas
• Participate in design walkthroughs to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain current knowledge of UX techniques and tools
• Communicate with leadership and stakeholder audiences while advocating for the end user

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Instructional Design or Computer Science preferred, or related work experience
• 8+ years of experience applying user experience principles to visual and interaction design
• Proficient in responsive design techniques, data visualization, and interaction design
• Proficient with rapid prototyping tools such as InVision, Sketch, and Balsamiq
• Proficient in visual design, including typography, layout, and color theory
• Ability to multitask across multiple large and complex efforts
• Good attention to detail and ability to solve design challenges with some guidance
• Responds well to direction and embraces feedback and change
• Proficient in UX research methodologies
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and jQuery/JavaScript
