📋 Description
- Design UI, landing page experiences, graphics, and other digital collateral to be used by all digital teams—Web, Email, social
- Work closely with UX Manager, Art Director, and stakeholders on site/email design
- Partner closely with marketing team members on digital needs and design improvement opportunities
- Continually iterate the design systems with a broad focus across channels to maintain a cohesive user experience
- Maintain site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards
- Regularly practice competitive analysis and user research to stay informed
🎯 Requirements
- Be well versed in Figma, Photoshop, Sketch and XHTML/CSS
- Have a broad understanding of current web and browser-related issues
- Understand 3rd party vendors to utilize their technology for site and email enhancement (Monetate, Certona, Bazaarvoice, Movable Ink, etc)
- Utilize site and email analytics when determining a UX / design strategy
- Lead Design with a mobile first, user-centered thought process
- Proactively review site and emails for strong UX opportunities and present solutions that are aligned with company strategy and are on-brand
