Role Description
The UX Designer is a full-time remote role. This role is responsible for designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences across online platforms, including websites, product configurators, and customer portals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, creating user flows and wireframes, designing visual interfaces, and building interactive prototypes that communicate design concepts. The UX Designer will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand user needs, translate business requirements into user-centered solutions, and iterate based on testing and feedback. The role also involves documenting design decisions, ensuring consistency of brand and design systems, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking skills to solve complex user problems and create user-centered solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid User Research skills, including planning studies, gathering insights, and translating findings into design recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Visual Design skills to create clear, attractive, and consistent interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
- Candidates should possess Prototyping skills to build wireframes, interactive mockups, and design specifications for development teams.
- Relevant qualifications include proficiency with UX and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), strong communication and collaboration skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- A background in designing e-commerce, product configuration, or B2C/B2B digital experiences is beneficial; a degree in Design, HCI, or related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
