About The Role
[REDACTED] is seeking a talented and innovative UX Designer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that enhance the usability and effectiveness of the company's products. This role emphasizes leveraging strong design fundamentals while actively embracing AI tools to streamline workflows, generate creative concepts, and accelerate the design process. The UX Designer will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business objectives and user needs into compelling design solutions. The role involves utilizing AI-assisted workflows to explore design directions rapidly, develop prototypes, and iterate confidently, all while maintaining high-quality standards. The successful candidate will view AI as a creative multiplier—an asset that reduces routine tasks and amplifies strategic thinking, ultimately delivering innovative and impactful user experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX or product design
- Proficiency in [REDACTED] or similar design tools
- Experience with AI-powered design and ideation tools such as [REDACTED], generative design platforms, or emerging AI technologies
- Strong understanding of front-end development processes and experience contributing to design-to-development handoffs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions effectively

- Critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems independently
Responsibilities
- Utilize AI tools to rapidly conceptualize solutions, explore design directions, and accelerate iteration cycles without compromising quality
- Partner with the design team to develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that balance user needs with business goals
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to gather meaningful insights and validate design decisions with empirical evidence
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to present, discuss, and refine design solutions throughout the product lifecycle
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the company's design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products and platforms
- Champion best practices in interaction design, accessibility, and adherence to established design patterns
