UX Designer

ABOUT THE UX DESIGNER ROLE:

[REDACTED] is looking for a UX Designer to join our growing team in India. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

This role requires a strong user-first mindset and the ability to simplify complex problems into elegant design solutions. You will contribute across the full UX lifecycle - from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas using modern tools, including AI-assisted design workflows
• Leverage AI tools to move from concept to prototype in hours, not days
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centric solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and improve designs
• Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and evolving product requirements
• Ensure consistency and quality by adhering to design standards and best practices
• Contribute to design systems and continuously improve UX processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Familiarity with AI-powered design, prototyping, or research tools to accelerate workflows
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively
• Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn
