Department Overview

Position Details

In this position, you will work as a UX Designer responsible for site improvement and content design to make [REDACTED] Travel services more comfortable for users.

• Realize designs that improve the experience by using a cycle of prototyping, user testing, and results analysis to discover issues and propose hypotheses.
• The design lead will collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to solidify requirements and designs.
• Promote various development projects for building design systems, new services, and PoC.

Mandatory Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in UX and project management

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of HCD (Human-Centered Design)
• Proposals for new services and improvements based on user research
• Knowledge of SEO, web accessibility, and site performance
• Experience in launching and improving applications
• Experience in operating and managing e-commerce sites and large scale sites
