We are currently looking for a UX Designer to join our team in Pune. This role will be a hybrid position that requires 3 days a week in our office located in Amar Tech Park.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
• Create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to visualize design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product requirements and specifications.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all design elements and interactions.
• Conduct usability testing ad iterate designs based on feedback.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
