Primary Job Title (standardized): Product Designer
Role Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile products—translate user needs into wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive flows.
- Lead user research and usability testing: design test plans, recruit participants, synthesize findings, and turn insights into actionable design improvements.
- Build and maintain component-based design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency across products and accelerate delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Research to define requirements, prioritize features, and ship it
