UX Designer LATAM

Role Summary

We're looking for a performance-driven UX Designer who operates at the intersection of design craft and commercial impact.

This role exists to design high-converting ecommerce experiences that directly influence revenue, conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV). You will translate growth strategy, behavioral insights, and performance data into landing pages, PDPs, funnels, and lifecycle experiences that don't just look exceptional — they perform.

You are not a production designer. You think like a growth owner.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting landing pages, PDPs, collections, bundles, quizzes, and promotional funnels aligned with growth priorities
• Build and maintain a scalable, modular ecommerce design system that enables faster experimentation and consistent execution
• Generate structured UX concepts rooted in research, data, and behavioral psychology
• Partner closely with Growth, Paid Media, Creative, Retention, and Development teams to prioritize and ship high-impact experiments
• Continuously optimize the end-to-end customer journey — from first click through checkout and post-purchase
• Use analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and A/B testing insights to inform decisions and iterate quickly
