UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our [REDACTED] team. As an UX Designer, You'll collaborate daily with product managers, developers, analysts, and other designers to create intuitive flows and designs that help users grow and thrive online. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Collaborate with PMs, developers, and other designers to ensure UX solutions align with user needs • Present and validate design decisions through data and user feedback • Contribute to design guidelines to maintain consistent and scalable design patterns • Continuously refine and evolve designs based on user needs, and insights from both quantitative (analytics, metrics) and qualitative (user testing, interviews) data, as well as business needs

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience in product teams • Proficiency in Figma and design systems • Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in an agile environment • Strong understanding of UX best practices—from research to final design handoff • Strong business acumen with a user-centric mindset • Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Being highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Having a strong customer focus and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
