UX Designer

For the development of user-friendly and attractive user interfaces, we are looking for an enthusiastic UX Designer (100%) to join our R&D organization at the Greifensee location, [REDACTED]'s global operational headquarters.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• Design user interfaces for measuring instruments and desktop applications.
• Collaborate closely with requirements engineering, product management, and software development teams to gather and communicate stakeholder needs.
• Work with international project teams and cross-functional matrix organizations to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Create high‑ and low‑fidelity interaction designs and validate them with stakeholders.
• Solve complex design problems, evaluate and iterate design variants, and develop detailed, implementation-ready design solutions.
• Extend and maintain high‑fidelity design systems and product‑specific UI guidelines, contributing to company‑wide UX/UI standards through participation in [REDACTED] Design Guideline committees.
• Design visual UI elements such as icons, graphics, and interface skins.
• Guide software development teams during the implementation of new features to ensure design quality and consistency
