Position Overview
Are you a experienced UX designer with a passion for creating beautiful solutions for significant, impactful problems Do you want to grow your career in a global team of passionate design professionals [REDACTED] is looking for a Experience Designer to join our Fusion 360 Experience Design (XD) team to help and support a team of experienced designers focused on transforming the product design and manufacturing industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Communicate customer requirements through storytelling, interactive prototypes, and detailed visual/functional design specifications
- Partner with Senior XDs to facilitate customer research to gain insights and inform better business and design decisions
- Partner with Sr XD, Product Management, Development, and other partners to prioritize and deliver quality customer experiences
- Create design/interaction patterns to guide customer experiences
- Partner with Leads for presentations and discussions with customers and company partners to validate designs
- Maintain familiarity with other [REDACTED] products and competitive products
Minimum Qualifications
- 2- 4 years experience in design or related field
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or equivalent work experience
- Sound Fundamentals in human-centered design best practices
- Experience with design and prototyping using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and/or Sketch
- A quality portfolio of recent XD work or projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the fields of Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering
- Experience with 3D design/engineering/manufacturing software (Solidworks, Inventor, Pro/Engineer, etc)
