About The Role

[REDACTED] is a global business and technology consultancy delivering client and industry driven solutions through our 5 core specialist Practices; Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, IT Operations, Change & Transformation, and Risk, Regulation & Compliance.

[REDACTED] is seeking a UX Designer located in Charlotte to support a project in the Financial Services sector. Involvement in this project is anticipated to last initially 18-month but may be extended.

This role will be with requirements to be in office 3 days per week.

About the Role

The User Experience (Product) Designer plays a critical role in shaping the digital treasury and payments experience for global corporate and commercial clients. This role helps differentiate the organization's digital platform by transforming complex business requirements into intuitive, client-centered experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply user-centered design processes, including design thinking, to identify client needs and deliver intuitive digital solutions.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, including moderated sessions and hypothesis-based research methods, to validate design decisions.
• Create interaction designs, prototypes, visual designs, and manage development handoff for digital features within the platform.
• Collaborate with design leads, product managers, product owners, and developers from early-stage conceptualization through final delivery.
