The Role

[REDACTED] is looking to add a UX Designer on our Product Team. This individual will drive innovative UX solutions that transform complex financial interactions into intuitive, user-friendly experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Location

This position will Work from our Boston, MA office. [REDACTED] currently supports a hybrid work model with 4 days onsite, and 1 day remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End UX: Own the full user experience process for our core products-from ideation and research to wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Design & Prototype: Create information architectures, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs with interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder alignment.
• User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to deeply understand advisor, recordkeeper, and other personas' needs, pain points behaviors and workflows.
