Job Description:

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of professional experience in UX/Product Design.

Strong understanding of UX design principles, design thinking, and user-centered design methodologies.

Hands-on experience with Figma is mandatory.

Experience with wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and information architecture.

Strong knowledge of user research and usability testing techniques.

Experience creating user flows, journey maps, personas, and prototypes.

Good understanding of responsive design and mobile/web design principles.

Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects is required.

Good to Have

Experience working on enterprise applications or complex B2B products.

Knowledge of UI design and visual design principles.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints.

Experience collaborating with Design Systems teams.

Exposure to accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Experience with AI-enabled products or data-driven applications would be an advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
