UX Designer- Associate

Role Overview

As a seasoned UX Interaction Designer, your role will involve interviewing users/stakeholders, authoring user flows and journey maps, prototyping using Figma, collaborating with the Aladdin Design Team, designing high fidelity comps and prototypes, conducting UX research, working with design systems, innovating new capabilities, and collaborating with various teams to design and prototype product strategies and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview users/stakeholders and extract information through inquisitive, thoughtful, and tactical questioning
• Author user flows, user journeys, and journey maps
• Prototype using a pre-defined UI pattern library using Figma
• Collaborate with the Aladdin Design Team to apply UX governance across projects
• Design high fidelity comps and prototypes primarily using Figma
• Assist in the development of an action tracking framework for UX research
• Work with established design systems and design libraries
• Innovate, conceptualize, design, and pilot new capabilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, engineers, data scientists, and client teams
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to drive platform transformation strategy
• Drive product vision, roadmaps, and design execution
• Engage with internal partners and end-users to align vision
• Drive execution across the product lifecycle and champion internal initiatives
• Collaborate with local India and US-based teams
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and enjoy working on advanced UI projects
• Have proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Figma Make prompt-to-design
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decision-making
• Comfortable with ambiguity and finding signal from noise
