📋 Description

• Lead engagements delivering design solutions responsive to business objectives and customer requirements
• Solve complex user experience challenges to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
• Serve as the voice of the customer/user across the full product value chain
• Develop and lead user research and workflow analysis approaches
• Create data-informed design proposals, prototypes, and tests
• Work closely with client stakeholders, Product Owners, and Product Managers to strategize and develop solutions across Windows, Web, Android, and iOS
• Participate in discovery to understand client missions, stakeholders, users, ecosystems, journeys, segments, and project objectives
• Conduct user research and create journey maps, service blueprints, and ecosystem maps
• Document workflows and lead future-state service blueprint development
• Build information architecture across multiple functions, workflows, applications, and services
• Align product and engineering teams behind product designs and contribute to roadmaps
• Conduct workshops and interviews to frame pain points, validate hypotheses, and define experience visions
• Translate requirements into accessible, scalable, and performant design solutions
• Develop and maintain design systems across cloud-native applications
• Collaborate with developers on design implementation and resolve design-related issues
• Organize and conduct UAT and user testing
• Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of UI/UX design experience focused on technical products
• Current portfolio demonstrating enterprise application and portal design methods, tools, skills, and craft
• Experience planning, organizing, and managing information and project tasks across end-to-end product development
• Experience conducting primary and secondary user research, interviews, discovery workshops, co-creation workshops, heuristic evaluation, and card sorting
• Experience applying research insights to personas, journey maps, site maps, ecosystem maps, information architecture, and interface design
• Experience developing information architecture for portfolios or suites of products and applications
• Experience with wireframing, low- and high-fidelity prototyping, moderated and unmoderated user testing, and accessibility testing
• Experience working on Scrum teams within Agile delivery frameworks
• Experience integrating research and design into technical sprints, including writing user stories and story pointing
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including service designers, technologists, data scientists, engineers, solution architects, and change managers
• Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite, Miro, JIRA/Confluence, and Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of web and mobile design principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices
• Strong presentation, storytelling, written communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• US Citizen work authorization requirement
