📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design—from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes and dev-ready assets—for data-driven digital products, services, and platforms.
• Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers in agile teams to bring clarity and creativity to complex technical challenges.
• Translate user research, business requirements, and technical constraints into elegant and accessible interfaces.
• Harness AI tools to accelerate design iterations, explore solutions at scale, and architect user experiences.
• Maintain high standards for visual design, interaction design, and usability.
• Participate in client-facing sessions—presenting your work, incorporating feedback, and advocating for the user throughout the design process.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing intuitive and impactful interfaces for web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and design systems.
• AI prototyping experience is a plus.
• Strong grounding in UX principles, Design thinking, UI patterns, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working with or alongside data products, AI/ML models, or analytics dashboards is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and a passion for continuous learning.
• Consulting or agency experience is a plus but not required.
