📋 Description
- Lead design activities connecting insight, imagination, and execution for the next era of computing
- Lead user research to uncover pain points in the human-AI relationship
- Create journey maps that clarify multi-step agentic reasoning for end users
- Design dynamic interaction patterns handling AI latency, ambiguity, and error states
- Facilitate co-creation workshops and usability tests
- Collaborate with creative technologists, AI engineers, developers, and product managers
- Design human-validation hand-off moments and build transparency and trust into automated workflows
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusive intelligence, and equitable AI experiences
- Shape human-centered design perspectives for agentic AI
- Use clear storytelling to inspire alignment across the design lifecycle from discovery to delivery
🎯 Requirements
- UX / experience design or a related field, with a strong portfolio of enterprise or innovation-studio projects
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability testing methods
- Comfortable facilitating co-creation sessions and presenting to clients
- Direct experience with AI, agentic AI/UX and data-driven design is preferred
- A POV on how AI can drive human-centered design and co-creation
- Experience with emerging AI assistants ([REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], etc.)
- Fluent in [REDACTED] or [REDACTED], or similar prototyping tools
- Experience working with developers / product managers to translate research into delivery
- Excellent communication skills in English
