📋 Description

• Lead user research to uncover pain points in the human-AI relationship
• Create journey maps that clarify multi-step agentic reasoning
• Design dynamic interaction patterns handling AI latency, ambiguity, and error states
• Lead workshops and usability tests
• Collaborate with creative technologists and AI engineers
• Design human-in-the-loop hand-off moments with transparency and trust
• Advocate for accessibility, ethical design, and inclusive intelligence
• Shape human-centered design approaches for agentic AI
• Use clear storytelling to inspire alignment across discovery-to-delivery lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• UX / experience design or a related field, with a strong portfolio of enterprise or innovation-studio projects
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability testing methods
• Comfortable facilitating co-creation sessions and presenting to clients
• Direct experience with AI, agentic AI/UX and data-driven design is preferred
• A POV on how AI can drive human-centered design and co-creation
• Experience with emerging AI assistants ([REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], etc.)
• Fluent in [REDACTED] or [REDACTED], or similar prototyping tools
• Experience working with developers / product managers to translate research into delivery
• Excellent communication skills in English
