📋 Description
- Lead design activities connecting insight, imagination, and execution for AI experiences
- Lead user research to uncover pain points in the human-AI relationship
- Create journey maps that clarify multi-step agentic reasoning
- Design dynamic interaction patterns handling AI latency, ambiguity, and error states
- Facilitate co-creation workshops and usability tests
- Collaborate with creative technologists and AI engineers
- Design human-in-the-loop hand-off moments with transparency and trust
- Advocate for accessibility, ethical design, and inclusive intelligence
- Shape human-centered design perspectives for agentic AI
- Use storytelling to align stakeholders across the design lifecycle from discovery to delivery
🎯 Requirements
- UX / experience design or a related field, with a strong portfolio of enterprise or innovation-studio projects
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability testing methods
- Comfortable facilitating co-creation sessions and presenting to clients
- Direct experience with AI, agentic AI/UX and data-driven design is preferred
- A POV on how AI can drive human-centered design and co-creation
- Experience with emerging AI assistants, including [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and [REDACTED]
- Fluent in [REDACTED] or [REDACTED], or similar prototyping tools
- Experience working with developers and product managers to translate research into delivery
- Excellent communication skills in English
