📋 Description
- Interface with business stakeholders, end users, and IT infrastructure teams to define, gather, and document business processes and needs
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for development
- Analyze existing business systems and workflows through interviews and requirements-gathering workshops
- Coordinate requirements for new and existing applications
- Gather and document software installation and configuration processes
- Assist with testing, training plan development, user training, production support, and user documentation
- Participate in QA, identify test cases, explain complex processes, and support test-plan development
- Develop business cases, ROI calculations, value definitions, cost assessments, benefit statements, and risk analyses
- Coordinate project tasks and lifecycle phases for small to mid-size projects
- Coordinate client and stakeholder communications and help prioritize IT service delivery
- Conduct root-cause analysis to support defect resolution
- Assist with scope definition and solution implementation
- Champion UX improvement opportunities from prioritization through implementation and measurement
- Identify, document, prioritize, and drive improvements that reduce user friction and improve adoption and productivity
- Maintain a prioritized UX and process-improvement backlog
- Partner with stakeholders and end users to understand pain points, user journeys, workflow barriers, and improvement opportunities
- Translate feedback and operational data into requirements, specifications, process flows, and improvement plans
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, service desk, security, vendor, and business teams
- Coordinate assigned UX initiatives, track actions, remove blockers, and escalate decisions
- Measure and communicate improvement effectiveness, including adoption, efficiency gains, reduced support incidents, simplified processes, and user satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
- Demonstrated prior experience identifying, leading, and implementing user experience (UX) and business process improvement initiatives in an enterprise environment
- Proven ability to independently drive improvements from concept through implementation across multiple business and technology teams
- Experience gathering and analyzing user feedback, support trends, operational metrics, and business requirements
- Experience coordinating cross-functional efforts involving business stakeholders, application, infrastructure, service desk, security, and vendor teams
- Ability to influence outcomes and drive change without direct authority
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery
- Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering
- Experience serving as a user advocate and championing continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in a distributed team environment
- Understanding of databases and computer operating systems
- Understanding of SaaS, on-premises systems, and cloud server services
- Understanding of domains and basic network function
- Knowledge of software installation processes
- Experience creating diagrams, flowcharts, user journeys, process maps, and other visual representations; Visio or equivalent preferred
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants
- Advanced oral English
- Advanced Spanish
