Position Overview:
[REDACTED] is currently expanding and looking to recruit a User Experience (UX) Writer in Edmonton, Alberta. In this role, you will be responsible for creating interactive web products and services that are helpful, easy to understand and a pleasure to use for our 24 million plus yearly visitors. A primary responsibility will be improving the usability of our products by refining the structure and readability of our interactive questionnaires. This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities in office or hybrid.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop interactive product questionnaires that customers fill out to create customized legal documents
- Write and edit text to make the creation of legal documents simple and easy for our users
- Collaborate with our Legal, Design, Development and QA departments to create powerful, interactive web products that are optimized for conversion
