What You'll Achieve: We are looking for a rare hybrid — a designer who builds. At [REDACTED], Product Managers define what features go into the product — the constraints, the user personas, the outcomes required — and hand over PRDs. Backend engineering teams build the APIs and endpoints that become available. As a User Experience Engineer, you take it from there: working within this brief and these constraints (and conducting further discovery where needed), you will define the best possible user experience, design it — screens, workflows, interactions — and then build the frontend for it yourself. You will not hand off static mockups and wait; you will bring your designs to life using Next.js / React, working hands-on with AI coding agents like Claude Code and Codex to move from PRD to interactive product at speed.

Your work will directly shape how thousands of retailers across India experience our products every day — on desktop, on mobile, and at every touch point in between.

You will:

Design the Experience

• Take PRDs from Product Managers — features, constraints, user personas, and required outcomes — and translate them into the best possible user experience: screens, workflows, navigation, interactions, and micro-details across desktop, mobile, and other touch points.
• Design intuitive, elegant user journeys that minimize friction for the personas defined in the PRD (store staff, back-office teams, business owners), while working within the product and technical constraints given.
