About the role
We are hiring a UI/UX Web Designer & Developer to take ideas from brief through to live, high-converting digital experiences — landing pages, campaign pages, websites and funnels across multiple brands. Reporting to the Head of Digital, this is a hybrid design-and-build role. You will understand the commercial objective, design the experience, build it, connect what needs connecting, get it live, and keep improving it after launch.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build high-converting landing pages, campaign pages and website improvements
- Turn marketing briefs into page structures, wireframes, polished interfaces and working pages
- Build responsive pages in [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED] or similar
- Create landing page variations rapidly for campaigns and structured A/B tests
- Implement forms, CRM integrations, tracking, advertising pixels and analytics
- Work with the performance marketing team to lift conversion rates and reduce friction
- Build reusable components and systems so campaigns launch faster and more consistently
- Improve site speed, responsiveness, accessibility and technical quality
- Complete pre-launch and post-launch QA across links, forms, tracking, devices and browsers
- Troubleshoot production issues and own the work through to post-launch fixes
About you
- A strong portfolio of websites and landing pages you personally designed and built, ideally with live URLs
- Strong UI and UX fundamentals — visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, interaction and user flows
- Excellent understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
- Proficiency in [REDACTED] and at least one CMS, no-code or low-code web platform
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with enough JavaScript to adapt and troubleshoot common front-end interactions
- Understanding of CRO, landing page best practice and experimentation
- Awareness of accessibility, page performance, SEO fundamentals and analytics implementation
- Ability to work independently from a rough brief and balance polish, speed and campaign deadlines
- Strong adoption of AI tools for design, development and workflow automation
