About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused UX/UI Designer who thrives in product research (R) and rapid prototyping. This role is ideal for someone who doesnt just design screens, but deeply studies competing products, identifies gaps, and translates insights into high-quality, testable prototypes quickly. You must be fast, structured, research-driven, and highly efficient using AI tools to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth competitor research and product comparisons.
• Break down feature sets, UX flows, UI patterns, pricing models, and positioning.
• Identify gaps, innovation opportunities, and UX improvements.
• Create structured comparison reports and visual research documentation.
• Convert research into user flows, information architecture, and wireframes.
• Design low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Create interactive prototypes using Figma, Miro, and other UX collaboration tools.
• Use AI tools to speed up research, generate layout variations, improve UX copy, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Work with urgency and deliver iterations quickly in fast-moving product environments.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in UX research and competitor benchmarking.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Miro.
• Excellent prototyping skills (interactive and structured).
• Strong understanding of product thinking and user behavior.
• Ability to translate research into actionable design solutions.
• Experience using AI tools for design and research optimization.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.
